I assume probably that but also assume dehydration possibly if nobody gave a f--- about someone passed out for ages ?

Obviously Travis Scott shares some responsibility here but we’ve been known that music festivals are a potential health/safety risks. Hundreds of people pass out at these kinds of events every year. They aren’t planned properly & security does a s-----y job preventing mobs from rushing in.

Anyone who's been to any concert let alone a concert of that size would know that performers wouldn't immediately notice a few people collapsing in the crowd when they do it's unlikely their immediate reaction is to assume "people are dying stop everything" They're making it sound like he performed through the Bataclan massacre or something
