Jul 22, 2016 I'm Stan man but, this is garbage Eminem's worst albums are so disgusting and waist of time compared to Jay Z's lowest projects
Jul 22, 2016 I don't see how he was as technical as Eminem? Eminem stole the show with his rhymes and flow
Jul 26, 2016 This thread ruined my teaching career. Now I'm living out the back of my third caddy, playing mario kart wii.
Jul 26, 2016 Totally agree with this. Jay Z was WAY more detailed in Renegades and described more scenarios with the same syllable pattern than Eminem. However, I don't understand how anyone thinks one or the other "murdered" each other on it. Back then, and even now, I think it's pretty close. However, this is probably my favorite part, and highlighted my favorite line. "MFers say that I'm foolish, I only talk about jewels Do you fools listen to music or do you just skim through it? See, I'm influenced by the ghetto you ruined That same dude you gave nothing, I made something doin' What I do, through and through and, I give you the news with a twist; it's just his ghetto point of view The renegade, you been afraid, I penetrate pop culture Bring 'em a lot closer to the block where they pop toasters" Then he basically runs through different scenarios of the hood while using That one line is the total embodiment of the song. It's perfect. And everyone points to Em's first verse, but this is my favorite part of Em. "See, I'm a poet to some, a regular modern-day Shakespeare Jesus Christ, the King of these Latter-Day Saints here To shatter the picture in which of that as they paint me as A monger of hate, satanist, scatter-brained atheist But that ain't the case, see, it's a matter of taste We as a people decide if Shady's as bad as they say he is" ^This is basically what he was saying in the first verse but in a way cooler way, IMO. Eminem's verse on What The Beat > his Renegade verses.
Jul 26, 2016 Except that hey isn't. And your reasons don't make sense. Jay z has the overall package jay z >>>> eminem
