    11.22.63 is an American science fiction thriller limited series based on the book 11/22/63 by Stephen King, and will consist of eight episodes.[1] The series is executive produced by J.J. Abrams, Stephen King, Bridget Carpenter and Bryan Burk, and premiered on February 15, 2016 on Hulu.[2]

    Premise
    A teacher (Franco) is presented with the chance to travel back in time to 1960 and attempts to prevent the assassination of JFK, and becomes attached to the life he makes in the past.

    Anyone watching this? The book was really good and so far the show is great, although a lot of the small details were changed. James Franco is great as Jake Epping. And Sadie... :allears:

    Haven't read the book but I've watched the first three episodes (I'll catch the fourth tomorrow after class) and it's incredible. Franco is killing it

    I agree! Apparently he contacted King to buy the rights to the film/show but it was already bought by JJ Abrams.. He just wanted to be involved that bad. The book is really good too but looong
    Do it! It's only 8 episodes (and only 4 out so far). Definitely worth it.

    8 episodes is fine.. I'll give it a shot cause i like both franco and king

    Newest episode isn't as action packed as the others, more of a plotting episode. Episode 5 looks like it's gonna be crazy though

    Yeah I'm probably going to read it too. Don't wanna start it now though because I don't want to ruin the end of the show lol

    I havnt read the book or know the ending but im pretty sure that the show will end with franco character going back to the present and meeting his 1963 blonde girl gf in 2016 who has aged drastically while he still looks 30.

    Started the book. Had to shelve. Just couldn't get into. SK has an amazing plot but was bored. Perhaps should give it another go.
