i am willing to ignore the cringe lines if he could rap at least like my band since we were just talking about it

my band has very very very very bad lyrics, but listen to him...his voice/rapping is very calm, his flow is nice...the beat is nice..you can nod your head and enjoy the ride

now compare that with the forced 2 double time pause bs he does on every song now days, tell me how the f--- am i supposed to enjoy that

just watched purple hills video and jesus the first 10 seconds when Em in the car, you ca n somehow see the old Em in his movement its VERY weird...like the way he carry himself completely changed...very creepy

When I first heard kanye's that part verse I thought it was pretty bad. Then I realised that he realised that he's never outrapping Q or even coming close, so he just did what he did and now I can enjoy it for what is and what it adds to the song.

With no favors it's similar, I enjoy it for what it is. I'm not horrified or offended or disappointed or "let down". I like the flow, I like his elaborate way of dissing a racist in defense of Philando Castile etc, and I like his unique f----- up way of being political on a trap beat. No it's not a top 5 verse.

i think eminem considers he is pushing the barrier of rap , indeed nobody sounds like him or does what he is doing in mainstream but the thing is not everyone wants to hear that

the other problem is the variety of fans he has , its really hard to make everyone happy ,its like impossible

girls want the monster love the way you like type of s---
some want criminal , drug ballad type of s---
some want till i collapse pump up s--- etc
