    Compared to other leagues like Euroleague and China I think we're similar to China.

    Yeah. Game is a wrap. Lucky Marc gasol didnt play. Even ibaka I guess. We probably lose with them two on the court

    Yeah he finally started to hit his shots these past few games. He's the streakiest shooter I've ever seen I swear. Once he hits two or three in a row you're in trouble.

    From what I understand Ibaka isn't allowed to play on the national team anymore. He's a Spanish citizen but obviously wasn't born there. You're only allowed 1 player like that on the national team, and Spain has Mirotic. Ibaka definitely would've helped them out, Niko's been a disappointment not just in the tournament but in general.
    He's a volume shooter. He's not the type of guy to thrive unless he's consistently getting 10-15 looks a game, which is hard to do on Team USA.

    Gonna be harder to do with KD in GS too

    Also, about the Ibaka situation... If I'm not mistaken I think they just decided to chose Mirotic instead of Ibaka this year. I don't think there was a limit on how many years he could play or that he's not allowed. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure I heard Fran Fraschilla (probably butchered that f---ing name lol) talking about it one day.

    Yeah there's no limit on the years, but you can only have 1 non Spanish born player on the team.

    I would much rather have Ibaka than that bum Mirotic. Haha kidding. They probably chose him because of his international experience and youth. Plus shooting. He's had a solid tournament I believe.

    Lmao I think they want with Niko because they assumed Marc would be there, so Ibaka wouldn't get much burn. Niko gives them a big threat from the perimeter. He's a good international player but from somebody who watched him every game last season, he's got a lot of work to do. Too slow to play the 3, too weak to play the 4 consistently, below average defender, takes bad shots. He can stretch the floor but that's about it. I don't think he's adjusted to the speed/physicality of the NBA game yet.

    I only just saw the score now. :mjcry:

    Teodosic torched us I guess and we couldn't knock down shots judging from the box score.

    We had a real chance at Gold or Silver g.d. it. :sad1:
