Jan 9, 2017 My picks - Falcons def. Seahawks 27-20 Chiefs def. Steelers 24-14 IF Big Ben is not healthy. Steelers def. Chiefs 28-23 if Big Ben is healthy Patriots dismantle Texans in embarrassing fashion 31-9 Packers Cowboys game... won't predict yet. Cowboys are the better team but Aaron Rodgers is on f---ing fire. I'll wait on this one
Jan 10, 2017 This feels like the Divisional game against Tebow and the Broncos where Brady could have thrown 10 TD's (Bill called the dogs off after his 6th, 3 mins into the 2nd half). That game the Pats were -14, this one they are -16. Don't think it will be as ridiculous as the Texans have a much better D then those Broncos, plus their whole coaching staff are former Pats coaches/players. Think they still cover, something like 35-10.
Jan 10, 2017 I think it will either go Pats winning 38-17 or Texans winning 24-21 (nothing is impossible, let's not forget when the Pats let Mark Sanchez beat them at home in the divisional round).
Jan 10, 2017 I'd feel worse about my teams chances because of that Jets game not better. Belichick will never over look an opponent again after that. Fans might, team won't. I get that thats the only thing a Texans fan has to grasp at. I mean you really can't say much after getting blanked 27-0 by the Pats 3rd sting QB and now you have to face the GOAT.
Jan 10, 2017 We only got blanked 27-0 because our former New England coaches psyched themselves out. And trust me, i know my Texans have a 97% chance of losing, but nothing is impossible.
Jan 10, 2017 houston vs new england- i actually think the texans defense can bother brady a bit, and maybe even force a turnover or two. however, i don't think their offense will be able to sustain drives, and thus they'll give brady too many chances. i mean, you want to limit ANY QB's opportunities and keep him on the sideline as much as possible---even more so when you're going up against someone as good as tom brady. pats win 27-13 pittsburgh vs. kansas city- i might be over-rating the chiefs, but i like their chances in the AFC. arrowhead is a very tough place to play and the chiefs can play some defense and they might get justin houston back this week--which would really help against benjamin roethlisberger. big ben was seen in a walking boot and i think the chiefs will have just enough to pull this one out. they aren't a sexy team, but they play smart football and limit mistakes. chiefs win 24-20 seattle vs. atlanta- the falcons are tough at home, but their defense worries me. however, as long as they don't totally s--- on defense, they should win this one. seattle has struggled to run the ball this season and they aren't as good on defense as they normally are. matt ryan has played great all year and might win MVP. falcons move on. falcons win 20 to 13 green bay vs. dallas- this game has s---t-out written all over it. i'll be shocked if there aren't a lot of points scored. both of these teams are OK at best on defense. jordy nelson is likely out this week, but with how rodgers has played, it might not matter. dallas is more balanced than green bay offensively, but their QB is much less experienced. if dallas can run the ball and keep aaron rodgers off the field, they can take this one at jerry world and move onto the next round. but i think the cowboys defense will let them down and rodgers will have another big day. packers win 31-27 with all that being said, the pats are the only team that i'm very confident will advance. the other 3 are all very tough games to pick
Jan 11, 2017 I love the dogs to cover this week Seattle +5 @ Atlanta Houston +16 @ New England KC -1.5 vs Pitt GB +4.5 @ Dallas Big Ben healthy will swing the momentum to Pitt, KC main focus will be stopping Bell New England will win but +16 against a solid defense in the play-offs...I don't think so GB is heating up, Dallas defense needs to win this game against Rodgers, if they can hold him in check I can GB rolling Seattle covers +5 and maybe pulls off a straight W against Matty Ice...going off of recent play-off history Atlanta chokes in moments like this
Jan 12, 2017 Patriots win Steelers win Cowboys win Atlanta wins Let's hope for better games then wildcard weekend. That s--- was terrible.
Jan 13, 2017 Well that's f---in bs for me, now instead of being able to watch the whole game I'll be at work during the entire game...ugh f--- that.
Jan 13, 2017 Ice storm? maybe someone from the Midwest can tell me wtf that is lol... This is gonna open the door for the NFL to cancel blizzard games, which are awesome.
Jan 13, 2017 It's basically freezing rain because the ground temp is below zero. If there's enough of it, they categorize it as an ice storm.
