    Russ winning MVP changes the whole perspective of the award now. It's suppose to go to the best player on an Eastern or Western conference team that is at least top 3. OKC was 7th seed this season right? If that is the case, then Kobe got robbed of at least 3 MVP's. Kobe had a horrible supporting cast just like Russ did. A couple seasons where the Lakers were below 5th seed or so and Kobe went off those seasons putting up insane numbers......81 point game, his streak of 50+ point games, scoring 35.5ppg, single handily out scoring the Mavs to win the game, etc. Nash definitely robbed 2 MVP's from him. Like I said, it belongs to the best player on a very good team and the Suns were first seed that season so that's why Nash won it.

    Don't get me wrong though, Westbrook deserved it, amazing season for him.
