    Hoped Croatia would win but France too strong. Mbappe very good but Griezmann's performance underated. He done alot of unnoticed defensive work.

    Such a bizarre game. Croatia played better for the most part but in the end couldn’t score much. France rarely had chances and when they did they scored. So fair enough I guess

    That Giroud guy shouldn’t have even been allowed to touch the cup

    take out peresic and put in Rakitic with a midfield 3, and group stages Ronaldo trumps Griezman IMO.

    Lol no, Lukaku isn't on that level. Horrendous touch, s--- at carrying the ball , not very inventive and misses too many chances.

    France were poor without Giroud against Australia.

    Giroud isn't great but he occupies defenders & is good with at holding up the ball & leaves space for Mbappe & Griezmann.

    He was needed to help bring the best out of the rest of the forward line.

    Is France really the world champion? Shouldn't whoever wins the MLS title (sorry don't know who that was, nor could I name any teams in that league) be considered the World Champions like how we do for baseball, basketball, hockey and real football?
