Apr 17, 2020 There’s mental deterioration in everyone over the age of 70. Biden’s speech impediment which he’s had his whole life makes it look worse. Meanwhile, medical professionals have literally wrote books about Trump’s mental fitness. The people who work around Trump have questioned his mental fitness. If you’re going to be concerned about anyone’s mental health, it should probably be that guy.

Average joes with maybe online conservative streaks who are watching Biden and leaping to these wild assumptions about his “fitness” while ignoring trumps obvious deficiencies which have literally been written about for years. It’s dire for the Dems bc that’s what you want to see.

Apr 18, 2020 There are extensive books written on this matter as well lol. One that I read a couple years ago is “Trumpocracy” by David Frum. Frum is a conservative who worked in the Bush administration & he writes about how the Trump administration is breaking all kinds of democratic norms & standards which began really before Trump even took office. Refusing to release his tax returns for example which every major presidential candidate had done for decades prior to Trump. Hiring family members/friends/business associates with no governmental experience to work in high positions of government. Casting journalists as “enemy of the people.” Etc. Agree to disagree all you want but there’s extensive academic work on these subjects that you should probably familiarize yourself with before declaring “it isn’t happening.”

Apr 19, 2020 If I was Biden I wouldn't have boxed myself into picking a woman but he has, so- Elizabeth Warren with Kamala and Amy Klobechar being dead last. Stacey Abrams would would be another really bad pick. I don't know, it's tough. After Liz I'd probably roll with Whitmer.

Apr 19, 2020 I agree Abrams is a bad choice. It would be like picking Beto. Why pick someone who cannot even win their own state? She was a sore loser and brings nothing new to the table. Joe has the black vote locked in and Georgia isn't going to turn blue. Kamala is the same as California isn't going red. Whitmer is the clear choice as vanilla as it is. Suburban women are key and a governor from the rust belt helps even more. Picking Warren would be interesting, but she has turned her back on the Bernie Bros and I'm not sure Progressives would come to the polls for her. Sounds like only Bernie himself or Nina Turner can bring in that group. Michelle Obama has been brought up lately but sounds ridiculous.
