And on another note, softer drugs like weed can often be more addictive and harder to quit than heavier drugs like heroin or cocaine. Heroin/crack/cocaine are much more addictive drugs, but for most people their common sense and the physical effects on their health and body stops them from going in deeper and turning it into a full blown addiction. But with weed, it can easilly turn into a habit, smoke everyday without it having much impact on your life.

I haven't had any chewies for four f---ing years because of these g.d. braces.

Once I get my braces off on Feb 12th I'm gonna get a pack of chewies.

Jesus, that's tough man. Will be worth if when you have a fantastic smile though, can pick the chewie habit up to keep your teeth clean.
My advice; try the blue packet Extra with extra flavour strips. So good.

caffeine is more powerful than we think.

One day I drank 3 starbucks drinks and a redbull. After a while, too much caffeine caused me anxiety and chose to quit.

I love the coffee, but can't keep drinking it without being addicted. So I don't dare to drink more than 1 every 4 days.

LOL Nah, I used to drink a cup of coffee then go sleep immediately.

If you mean while quitting, sleeping was easier, as I feel tired in the middle of the day, when I go to the bed, I had deeper sleep.

If coffee is your favorite drug.. Just quit for a week to two weeks, month will be perfect if u can.. Then you'll be more sensitive to caffeine, and it will regain the euphoric effect and give you better endurance. and try to keep your limit to 2-3 cups.
