Caffeine is deadly, man ha. No but in all seriousness, it's really a double edged sword. I only drink one cup of coffee a day, but I rely on that one cup so much. I want to quit, but I don't want the withdrawal headaches. :mjcry:

Inject the caffeine into your veins, bro. The buzz is way better.

I'm not even sure if i'm more addicted to the habit of drinking or the caffeine itself. There's nothing else than kick the day off with a nice cup of coffee and one or two.. or three after school. I do get a headache and become sleepy if i don't drink coffee though. I've drinked coffee actively (3+ cups in a day) for 6 years and if one thing is positive it's that i don't use sugar anymore in coffee at all, i used to use that a lot. Now i can't stand the taste of coffee with sugar

If it doesn't interfere with your life, or causes anxiety and you love it.. then why not. and props for you for removing the sugar.

for me, I love my life to be free from addictions, like not needing anything to feel amazing... but thats just me.

Whenever I try to quit drinking coffee I just end up replacing it with something else to sate my need for caffeine, s--- sucks

Cigarettes and I'm starting to acknowledge I have a drug and alcohol problem I don't know if that necessarily means I'm addicted yet. Actually attempted going sober 3 days ago hoping to go at least a month just to clear my head etc as the drugs have started to take a toll mentally etc.

Pretty much my whole life I've been a caffeine boi, gonna quit cold turkey this saturday, I'm weaning myself off atm. Used to I'd drink minimum 2, sometimes up to like 4 or 5 sodas a day, rn I'm limiting myself to two and tomorrow I'm done, other than maybe occasionally when I go out to eat (not sure yet)

Sophomore and Junior year I got pretty into xanax and acid, I've basically quit acid because 90% of the time its some bunk and I already feel altered by it, like my mindset on some things have changed and multiple times a day I'll slur my words and have moments where I just zone out until someone snaps me out or like 10 minutes have gone by. That could also be a byproduct of the bars because I was consistently doing a couple of them a week and sometimes they'd be some pressed-a--- bars with who knows what inside of them. I kinda picked them back up a couple of weeks ago but the week before I started college I was going HAM doing adderall one day then xanax the next for like 5 days straight and it ended with me throwing up into the litterbox at 2 in the morning.

I also do amphetamines pretty consistently, to where I know I probably should stop but I'm not ready to quit 'em just yet. Sucks tho because that s--- will f--- with your d-ck and tbh there's a likelihood I could get some ED type s--- before I even f--- my first b----.

Ironically enough I smoke cigs n dip a lot but I can stop for weeks at a time and not feel any withdrawals mental or physical. Also I'm probably addicted to bud in the psychological sense but that's probably gonna be a lifelong thing.

Right let me just say I'm not a junkie or anything like that I have a great job doing engineering, but I have a flaw I have done cocaine from the age of 16, maby 15 and I am now 22 and have done many other drugs along the way to lsd x ketamine mdma, one thing I'll say is it's sometimes hard to say you're addicted to a drug and it controls you're life, well I guess it's always been like that for me I let a drug control parts of my life, and have spent thousands and thousands of pounds stuffing my toffee f---ing nose, but it's been a while now I've been feeling s---, I'm ready to quit it's been a long ride but I don't want to die from a drug, who does right? But any addict out there or who feels controled by a drug take the leash and be the man before its to late..

Man oh man I can help later I'm just at work right now. I went through a similar thing with ye/drinking. You more than likely won't stop until you realize oh f--- I really f----- up this time I've been fired from jobs gone to jail gone to treatment.... I've been able to avoid ye simply because everyone I did ye with turned to downers and became bth addicts. Drinking I slip up here and there but I went from going to full blown detox

I should note though treatment / detox didn't make me quit drinking I kept with it again a few weeks after I got out to a lesser degree my last arrest and posting bail getting a lawyer and missing work just made me say f--- this
