Wholeheartedly disagree. If Tupac wasnt murdered he would be way less significant now. Being white and his murder would cancel each other out. You have to remember album sales go way up when ya die.

Wait you said we don't care about general opinion, mainstream and here you said "sales matters". :lmaooo:
Love 2Pac, one of the greatest, but you forgot that his sales goes up after his death. :whylie:

For me there are not only one G.O.A.T. I have no order on my top. You need to relax. Eminem and 2Pac are people's favorite. That's a fact. You want to hear otherwise ? Live in another world.

You don't seem to take in consideration Pac's sales were boosted after his death, it was like sales increased of 2x. Em's still alive, still sells.

Before he dies he will reach 200 million for sure, then he dies and sales will be boosted. Imagine the final result :)

Recovery is selling like MMLP and TES, counting same years. It's like 8x platinum after 8 years, it will be diamond soon and will get his diamond certification in the same time as mmlp and tes.
MMLP2 last certification was at the beginning of 2017 and it's 4x platinum in 3 years. And i'm talking only about US. I can't see this declining sales, sorry.

I said his earlier music still sells. And 2 pac only made a few albums while alive while Eminem has the advantage of sales releasing way more albums you dumb f---.

You don’t see the sales declining? You can’t read simple math and statistics and eminem admitting himself on wow that his sales are going down. Remember you stans were saying revival was going to outsell views, before the album was released lmfao!!! Only to struggle to hit 150k when views did 1.02 million FIRST WEEK. Jake Pauls songs are charting higher than Eminem’s new material these days. That’s how bad he’s on the decline

Yeah that's irrelevant to me anyway.

I don't get when people say 'he's out of top 5' or about anyone - because of X album or whatever...

That's just stupid to me. Nothing he does can change what he did. And even his technical brilliance / other aspects... With s--- albums. It doesn't matter. When I say top whatever I'm not saying 'most consistent', I don't think anybody would argue Eminem being the most consistent or top in album output consistency. It's just about the BEST.

He is the best lyricist and rapper. In every respect.

It's not selling like MMLP and TES.

MMLP sold 8 million within its first year.

Recovery has sold 5 within 8 years.

What does that have to do @ Revival with being the best rapper?

The question isn't "Who has had the most consistent output?" it's who is the best rapper. Who is the best - at rapping.

    >he's only as popular as he is because he's white. He'd be half of even that if he wasn't white.

I Think JayZ exemplifies more what a rapper is, he also has classics, mainstream appeal and has been more consistent. 4:44 could arguably be his 5th best album in my list.

Now if we talk about lyricism nobody can touch him. No Rakim, Kool G Rap, Nas, Kweli, etc

It’s basically impossible to pick just 1 person.

IMO Biggie and Pac did more for hip hop than Eminem. Therefore, biggie and Pac should be ranked slightly higher.

Is Em one of the GOATs? Of course he is, you’re f---ing delusional if you say otherwise (which I don’t think anyone here is saying). He’s near the top of the list, all things considered. I just put him a tick below Biggie and Pac. I put those 2 first, then Em, Run-DMC, and Hov somewhere in the next 3 slots. That’s my top 5.

    This.

Um, also, didn't read too deep into the arguments made, but are " whites afraid of black music' even voting on this? I highly doubt it. I could be wrong though.

Recovery sold 5 within 5 years. MMLP went diamond after 11 years. Recovery will do the same. It's 8x platinum so far

2Pac mad a lot of phostumous albums, and after the death he got boosted in terms of sales you dumb f---. Imagine Em being around other 10 years and still selling, and imagine the boost after his death. Pac is not even close
