Em ruined this nice beat. Everything past the first verse is unlistebable due to the screaming. But calling this screaming is not intensive enough. Someone should come up with a new verb for this kind of vocals. Horrendous.

This is one of the few songs I feel the aggressive yelling kind of works. This and Above the Law on the BME EP. It does get to be a bit much, but I find it fits better than in most of the songs where he does it.

you’re a p---- and the intensity of the rapping on recovery isn’t easy to duplicate . you’d sound like a moron if you did a cover of this song so the aggressive delivery shouldn’t get hated on as much as it does

"Almost Famous" is a classic movie where Kate Hudson reveals her big ol' nip-nips.

Where is it supposed to be? Can’t be higher then 4th IMO.. but yeah so I don’t think it’s as easy once you get to #4 anymore to create a proper list ranking his albums. It’s gonna change dramatically from person to person #4 and on...

    you got your relapse crew
    Your Side B crew
Some people will slot Kamikaze there
Some people gonna throw Encore there
And I’d imagine some people would throw Recovery there as #4 as well.
MMLP2 I could see that album having its cult following throwing it in the #4 slot

for me? It’s hard because I feel like Encore should be #4 in the sense that the good songs on that album are classics but then the album as a whole project was such a let down at the time.

it’s very hard to pick #4

True. I re-listened to Recovery the other day... always an enjoyable listen, even though the album feels like a 6 in my head until I re-listen.

And I was listening to this track, a bit drunk, like 'GOD d--- THIS IS FIREEEE'. The overall effect of the song is f---ing brilliant; this era he actually nailed the 'rough raps vs. spacey / eerie chick hooks' very well, the hook and whole song is great... but above that, it's also conceptual and storytelling. Absolutely brilliant track; I remember when Recovery came out - me and a mate were just replaying it like 'holy s---'.
