Sep 17, 2015 il agree take care was a classic, but what has he backed it up with, a slightly above average album, and then a pretty decent mixtape/album i get he is a great artist, he just never lives up to hype for me and as for kanye i dont expect him to write all of his rhymes because hes a producer first, rapper second, so i dont mind his lyrics not being 100% his if he does the majority of the production
Sep 17, 2015 I find his albums incredibly lackluster tbh. I think he's a great feature artist but he's albums really do nothing for me. I agree there'd be about 3 or 4 tracks I'd maybe play again.

Sep 17, 2015 It frustrates me because he seriously murders some features but I've never really seen him transcend whatever it is I like about those features into an album. I've got all his albums and I really don't think I've ever played any of them more than once straight through. They just don't engage me.

Yeah if Drake takes his time he could come up with some crazy bars but Crook got them straight up grimy bars And to answer OP, no. I don't think Drake is overrated. I've loved all his albums and he's an amazing writer. Up until like 2 months ago people weren't even talking about him and Drake SXN was dead Glad Papi back on his grind

Sep 17, 2015 but forreal. ik crooked I can battle and i kinda misread the question a bit. drake is miles ahead of him in rapping but i honestly dont know if drake would k--- him in a battle because i've never heard drake battle rap. i have a feeling he'd be good at it tho cuz he's typically involved in a lot of the big battle leagues or whatever the f--- they're called.
