    Calling all @CreativeSXN and all talent across the board. The new era of SXN80 is just getting started and a big part of it will revolve around the talent we have here on the forum. This section has been low key pumping out some classic material for awhile and its time to get recognized and grow our presence.

    If you make music, or inspire to, then you don't wanna be anywhere else right now. We will be revealing more details in the next few days but for now this is a role call. Get in here and let us know you're with us and ready to put out some heat. Our goal is to start a record label and work together to achieve big things.

    We will start things off with the SXN80 Talent Show on Thursday May 26th. You can drop previously released music but lets try to get something new. Winner will get featured on the banner and music shared to thousands of people on Social Media. We won't be limited to just music though, We welcome ALL entertainers to sign up

    If you found this thread on Socials then just sign up we will get you on the Roster. There is room for anyone at the moment but spots may get limited in time. Lets go!

    Introducing 2 long awaited additions:

    1. Plus
    - There's specific criteria requirements (below) for Plus access. We thought this was the best way to go for 2 reasons: 1.) eliminates this being a popularity contest, 2.) is a way to reward those who have greatly contributed to the site + have propelled conversations & interactions

    - I promise, nobody was intentionally left out. The criteria wasn't easy to put forth, but I had to find a balance between having 100% of active members have the badge, versus a limited number to keep it exclusive & have the criteria be a goal to work towards. There's certainly people who have been here for a while and are active members, but this was the fairest way I could come up with

    - Perks: early updates/enhancement previews, ability to feature banners/albums, access to the Secret SXN, badge, Plus SXN

    - You'll know if you're in it
    - Also criteria-based: orange flame+

    If ya tried to log in this morning, you probably noticed that you couldn't log in :emoji_see_no_evil:

    The server/company did some routine maintenance and something got jacked along the way... spent a couple hours with them on the phone this morning and got it back up.

    Should be good moving forward.

    due to changes in the store guidelines, developer cannot host more than 6 apps which in turn killed our app since it is hosted by a third party

    as far as i know, most people used our app just for notifications purposes, we will look into alternatives for that

    the criteria i use is usually

    if
    x member
    make a post
    in x section
    email

    if you dont want to, just opt out of site mailings in user settings

    Well, i think that's the first time we've ever had the sxn80 server break. Completely f----- and unacceptable. Do you people working here have any idea what I did, for the full SEVEN minutes this website was not working? I stared at my computer screen pressing f5 and sometimes even clicking refresh because i wasn't sure if maybe my f5 key was broken.

    Very stressful and confusing and as a valued member of the community here, I'm demanding 2,000 likes from @Ordinary Joel be distributed to me specifically and 20,000 to the rest of the forum. It also must be done within the next 7 years to make up for those lost 7 minutes. This can be your apology to the community for the absolute travesty that has taken place today. If Joel doesn't complete this task by 2024 i'm going to quit posting forever. You have been warned.

    hello

    the app is back on track and being worked on again... @BorisTheBlade been insanely busy the last month...and he will work on it again..i want to yet again thank this man for doing all of this

    Note: rushing the app isnt possible, i dont want people to use the site at all on their mobile once the app is out..the app has to be amazing that it forces everyone to use it...also giving an exact eta is hard...but rest assured its being actively worked on atm

    I'll be updating my progress in this thread.

    - Fixed fonts
    - Fixed half of the post bit
    - Latest post feed is now back to normal
    - Sidebar has been made to be 320px
    - Alert balloons are red again
    - Sidebar is now fully cleaned up, just needs headers
    - Stats have been added back to the footer
    - Category strips have been made smaller with rounded edges
    - Forum list has been made tighter
