Jan 18, 2016 @Bleed @Ordinary Joel @YaBoyTr you guys get to hear any of this yet? @Purspective you listened to more yet?
Jan 18, 2016 well when you do, i'd recommend checking through the Anti stuff first. it's probably the best of the bunch (at least most of it) still mad as s--- i had to scrap stuff like Blackout, Madness, On Edge, Spiral Down, The End, Slipping, Storm In My Brain, Take Me Away, Anti etc. also just realized there's two version of Madness in the folder, one is the old version called 'Descending Into Madness'. Delete that, it's before I remastered/remixed it
Jan 24, 2016 Not yet bro i been really busy these past weeks. I will soon though I have it on my desktop
Jan 29, 2016 Listened to the Anti Album folder and the Poppier s--- folder Kinda like Blackout lol, its a little weird but it caught my attention Cheer For The End, Lullaby, Storm In My Brain are my favorites I didnt really enjoy the Poppier s--- folder Transcendence is good too Lullaby is actually great
Jan 29, 2016 blackout is one of the ones im seriously pissed about scrapping. tho i sort of butchered the solo thing on there, it was originally this electronic guitar sounding synth and meshed waaaaaaaay better together overall, but i thought people would think it would be weird so i replaced the long notes with full strings and the little notes with short ones, and neither sounded right together and i never fixed it before i scrapped the album entirely lullaby i go back and forth on whether or not i like it... there are parts and things i did i like, but overall the mixing<<<<<<<< storm in my brain is actually what really pushed my mixing to new heights and was one of the last things i did for the album before it was scrapped. that whole hip hop-y vibe the drums so of have with the 808s is what pushed me into this direction i'm in now and ultimately what caused me to start over and do Coldest Winter. someday, hopefully i'll finish that... but eh, probably wont ha, i didn't figure most would, which is why i threw it into that folder labeled that and transcendence lmao.. i like it and hate it at the same time. it was neat, but i was trying reaaaaaaally f---ing hard to be Nero all over that god d--- track, and I got super lazy with it when I realized how much effort all those automations and s--- would be for that (i was very new to all that at the time and had just started using them more), and that one was a clusterfuck of a song to arrange with those so I just gave up thanks for giving it a listen tho fam
