    To answer OP though if ur friends force you or at least try to convince u to drink even if you don't want to, says more about them.

    That sounds about the same as me!

    I think the shittiest part about becoming a literal alcoholic would be that you couldn't ever have a single beer, for happy hour or something.. even after 30 years sober, then your family and friends would be like "oh s--- he RELAPSED"

    That makes sense! I'm not huge into sports (I follow baseball a bit and that's it) so drinking doesn't usually revolve around sports for me. February is my birthday month and I usually take a long weekend and do something fun including booze
