    From your guys' point of view, I'd think no. Yeah I know they're annoying and most don't stick around once the Em stuff is done, but the threads are always huge and they always come back next time there's Em news. Surprised you guys are even considering this.

    Definitely not. The eminem section will probably be the section that brings the most new users during his next album release. People will talk about him regardless in the music section whether there is or isn't an eminem section.

    Seems like most users just want to piss the Em fans off lol. If yall Dont like the stans so much why not keep them contained to one section?

    True but the Eminem section is pretty active considering he is a recluse. I know alot the discussion is childish & embarrasing so I see why @Mike Tyson wants to move away from it. But there are normal Eminem fans too lol.
    Also alot of the Kendrick fans tend to be Eminem fans as well with both being on Aftermath.

    I think there are valid concerns about the music section being affected by it. It would happen with the deletion of any section of the forum. I also don't think that the solution ultimately solves the problem. If you just want to move them into the music section and moderate it there, why not just moderate the Eminem section more heavily instead?

    Look, I'm not totally opposed to banning the bad stans either.

    When I said a few months ago that I was going to put that section through a holocaust, I was only half joking.

    I was thinking of mentioning this idea of mine when Kendrick's thread was 90% of the new posts for a week but I do think there should be a way to block threads you don't want to see. That way people not interested in 'insert whatever new popular album here' can still view the latest stuff on the board without seeing all that every time.

    It was basically impossible to look at new posts on S80 for that week without seeing it all be Kendrick.

    The whole section drives 0 discussion and attaches a stigma to this site when new members look to join. It just shows how archaic this member base is here.

    Koolo brought this up a few months ago, but we were scared it would k--- the activity here. Now that we've seen a shift in Kendrick's favour I think its time to delete this joint and merge it with the music section.
