Serious Are you religious?

    It's still forced on to a lot of people by their family straight from birth. I can't say much for all religion, but I feel like there's a lot of variables that lessened the grip of Christianity on western society.. One that comes to mind is science being taught in school. The scientifically proven process of evolution completely contradicts the story of Adam and Eve, and science time and time again has proven itself to be a real thing, while all you can do with god is have faith. I'm the type or person that has to see it to believe it, and I'm sure there's many more people with the same belief as myself.

    I know that hate is made light of on earth but it is not good to hate. There is no benefit in having hatred for anything. Being positive, on the other hand, reaps many benefits. As I said before, no man is perfect. It isn't about doing things to perfection because that is impossible. It is about wholeheartedly embracing a positive, perfect, Christ-like lifestyle. Don't let man's greatest flaw, which is vulnerability to sin, turn you away from the opposite of that, which is virtue and morality. Know that humans can't be perfect but if they wholeheartedly want to live perfectly in the eyes of God, they will be rewarded. It's about true intention, what you sincerely feel in your heart.

    It isn't supposed to be forced on you but the unconditional love for people may come off as forced. There's a fine line but at the end of the day, God doesn't force you to follow him. He gives you options and the consequences of choosing them. He loves you regardless but he wishes for you to follow him.

    If you were taught about christianity around the same time you were learning to talk, then yes.. Even you, as a child, have been forced by your family to believe in christ.
