Mar 9, 2024 Well the good news is it’s only 36 minutes so if you don’t like it you won’t be listening for long. This is easily her most cohesive album. It doesn’t tell a complex story or anything but there is somewhat of a story throughout the tracks whereas most of her last albums didn’t do that and had filler tracks. The only filler track here is “yes, and?” which sounds nothing like the rest of the album and was clearly made to just have a hit and address what the media was saying about her. I also feel like this is the least annoying Ariana Grande album yet. It’s a pretty smooth and quick listen. The 90s/00s R&B inspired sound is easier to get into because she embraces it. There’s no big pop anthems here except “yes, and?” which was also kinda lowkey so at the very least this is also probably Ariana’s most authentic album not necessarily made to have a bunch of hits, but because she had things to get off her chest.
Mar 9, 2024 Overall I’m pretty satisfied with this album. It’s way better than I expected it to be. I guess my only complaint is I do wish there was at least one more song that was hard-hitting or energetic, everything here is pretty soft and smooth which is nice but isn’t always what I’m in the mood for. That’s fine though

Mar 24, 2024 Me too, but I don’t know if it will happen anytime soon. I wonder if the promotion of this album is already over. She seems to be back to Wicked already. Who knows if she will even tour this album or do any more live performances on talk shows
