Sep 16, 2018 Recovery makes more sense. I feels like this album has no point. Is this a bunch of random songs? LTWTL easily kills everything with singing on here. But Rhyme or Reason is absolutely amazing. I’m just gonna steal that one and add it to kamikaze lol. I’m in Brainless. I hope this is almost over cuz I’m tired. Kamikaze did not wear me out like this. Skylar grey is a succubus.

Sep 16, 2018 I’ve always thought MMLP2 was solid. Far from perfect but it’s solid & its high points (Bad Guy, Rhyme one Reason, Brainless, Evil Twin, Groundhog Day, Baby) are great. Easily some of the best music he’s put out since 09.

Sep 16, 2018 Yeah for real, Skylar really kills the vibe of the album/song, with the pop singers on Recovery it made more sense I’d say since it’s like a lighter album & it works. MMLP 2 seems like it was a try hard to be the old him, just seemed scattered, but there are a few songs like the one you mentioned that have replay value. One of the reason that make Kamikaze great is that it’s consistent throughout the album, it’s sounds like his old self without too much effort and it’s fresh content, unlike his other albums using the same ole recycled lyrics like rewording like him “surviving drug addiction” etc. & beats sound hip hop as well and best of all no pop stars.

Sep 16, 2018 Nah, @Jet✞ thinks MMLP2 is solid too I’m pretty sure. It totally confuses me when people rank it lower than BME, Recovery, Revival etc. Like.... that album is the most Eminem sounding album he’s put out since like Encore. There is some filler on it, (So Much Better, So Far.., a------ etc.) but filler is better than terrible songs.
