Jun 7, 2017 Still a successful club. Something norths never really been. And i wouldn't be makin up conspiracy theories bro you're doing that to the wrong guy. And wow at the second part. I wouldn't go down that root with me bro
Jun 7, 2017 Successful = overall on field success and more than stable financially. Who gives a f--- about the ladder currently. Teams on top for two years still struggle
Jun 7, 2017 Collingwoods place on the Ladder currently =/ = Collingwoods place on the ladder past 5 years They re not related, but the one thing they have in common is that it's been in the bottom 8
Jun 8, 2017 Yeah but like you said... youve got money coming out ur a---... 5 years now, flurry of good draft picks, and you're still wooden spoon competitors Must be a coaching problem
Jun 8, 2017 Well you've gotta go down to go up - I'm not necessarily a Buckley fan but the main reason the rebuild occurred was due to admin being very worried of the culture there and sacrificed pushing for another flag or two in order to clean it up. Hence Didak getting sacked, Shaw being moved on etc. They were genuinely worried of a lot of the antics behind the scenes. And what? You expect us to be pushing for a flag right now when majority of those draft picks are on like 30 games? Our two main ones Freeman we had to f--- off and Scharenberg's had two ACLs. What do you really expect?
Jun 8, 2017 I don't really get the point of this argument. If you're labelling a club successful they'd have to have had a lot of on-field success and be financially going well. Where they are on the ladder now or for some window you pick doesn't matter. What? Are St. Kilda successful? No money and one flag? Bulldogs? No money and two flags?
Jun 8, 2017 Was just standing next to chris tarrant on the train. I tried to kiss him but it got weird
Jun 8, 2017 Idk man I just think it's funny when supporters of the big 4 brag about their flags, when in reality, most of those flags weren't gained in the last 3/4 of the century
Jun 8, 2017 No I agree with what you said, I just don't see how consecutive flags from 3/4 of a century ago can be an arguement of how successful a club is Look at Carlton, they've been getting f----- in the a--- from literally everyone in the AFL the past decade
Jun 8, 2017 Yeah, I know... we've been s--- (the past 3 to 4 years), they've been s---, Essendon's been s---, Richmond's been s--- but they're still wealthy clubs with the most premierships. You're not gonna say they're unsuccessful. This is a silly argument.
