I'm buying a pair of wireless Beats(another brand isn't an option it's a gift).... my question is does anybody have any suggestions where I should get them from if I want a reliable warranty? Best Buy offers none. What about Target, Wal Mart, Amazon? Or am I just stuck with the manufacturer's warranty because they're Beats. Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Amazon has 2-3 year drop/spill warranties for all top tier headphones from what I've seen. Forbes named them #1 in customer service as well.

When I bought my power beats at BestBuy a couple of years ago, the dude offered me a warranty. I think it might be a three year, or at least I'm hoping because my s--- broke today at the gym =\

Mine only had a 1 year manufacturers warranty. The stitching round the head band broke in 370 days. Wasn't happy!

Upgraded from Solo to Studio so it was a blessing in disguise really.

Now my knowledge of headphones is far better so I'm hoping my Studios break soon so I can justify buying a pair of Sennheisers!

I bought beats from Best Buy before and bought their store warranty for like 20 bucks or something... the ear cushions melted off at one point and I took them in and they gave me a new pair.

I haven't gotten warranty from Amazon ever, but I can attest to how good their customer service is. No runaround, no bs in all my experience with them.

Can also vouch for Amazon. My tv out of warranty randomly stopped working and they exchanged it free of charge.

I thought my Studio's broke one day, cause i used them and they randomly had this static sound in 1 ear cup. I'm not talking a little annoyance while music plays, a proper f---ing loud static from 1 ear cup. I contacted the Beats people or whatever and they said yeah its cool just ship it to us and we'll replace it as long as its still under warranty. (i think the warranty is about 3 years). So all I had to do was pay to have them sent to Beats hq or whatever and they'd apparently replace it.
never ended up sending them though because about 2 days later my friend used my headphones and they were fine, 3 years later they are still fine.

(also worth noting that this was back when it was Monster/beats where as now i'm pretty sure it's apple/beats so not sure if it's the same)
