I would also have him first or second in 2002 but people actually list him in years like 2009 or 2013 (wtf lol) is a lot more stupid than him not mentioning em at all.

Oct 26, 2015 Probably the most objective list I've seen in a while to be totally honest, if we're considering both music and impact. There's probably a few spots that I'd change (Em in 2000, Lupe in 06, maybe a couple of spots in the most recent years) but still very good. Kevin Gates though
