Oct 23, 2017 This is by far their most underrated album. I would choose it but Aenima released in 96, so........
Oct 23, 2017 Many words will be said and friendships on here will be tested, this gonna be a b---- starting from 91 till the end Actually are you going to be tallying votes for each year to determine a winner? Or is it merely just for discussion?
Oct 23, 2017 Very rarely do I hear Tiny Music being someone's favorite STP album. Most people like myself choose core, or Purple.
Oct 23, 2017 okay my top 10 is: Pixies ~ Bossanova Sonic Youth ~ Goo Cocteau Twins ~ Heaven or Las Vegas Nick Cave ~ The Good Son Fugazi ~ Repeater Ride ~ Nowhere Jane's Addiction ~ Ritual De Lo Habitual Alice in Chains ~ Facelift Breeders ~ Pod Primus ~ Frizzle Fry
Oct 23, 2017 Core is fantastic, Purple is better imo, and Tiny Music is their best (as Scott Weiland said in one of his last interviews it's their most creative album)
Oct 23, 2017 I say depending on activity, hoping we get other users participate on here, you can always vary depending on how you see it. By my own admission I'm definitely needing more suggestions for Rock albums so I'm really looking forward to this, I'm already listening to Tiny Music rn for the first time just off @Packman praising it
Oct 23, 2017 It's by a band called Failure. They were around during the 90's but broke up in the late 90's I believe. They were one of those hidden gem bands of the 90's. They got back together in 2014 and I saw them open for Tool in 2015. The song "The Nurse Who Loved Me" off of A Perfect Circle's Thirteenth Step was a cover of the original song done by Failure. If Maynard James Keenan likes a band you know they are legit.
Oct 23, 2017 Thats awesome, hope you enjoy it as much as I do. And so I know, Trippin on a Hole in a Paper Heart, Adhesive, Big b--- Baby... That album is 10/10 from start to finish
Oct 23, 2017 Yeah, I was going to go off of activity. And I'm glad you are checking out Tiny Music based off of Packman's recommendation. If nothing else, I want users to be put on to new albums that they otherwise may not have heard of. Makes me happy.
Oct 23, 2017 Not trying to derail the thread but this is one of my favorite lyrics from Scott Weiland Im looking for a new rock sensation Dead fish don't swim around in jealous tides One of the GOAT frontmen and songwriters
Oct 23, 2017 update thread every 24 hours bc there's so many decades to do after 90s do 50s-2010s chronologically
