At least you agree those songs were good. MMLP2 had zero good songs. You could count Bad Guy but I'd choose any of the tracks I mentioned over it.

Neither can we ignore the songs on MMLP2. Which was mediocre/forgettable. Which to me, is worse than s---.

Can you really find something cringy with: Encore, Never Enough, Spend Some Time, Love You More, We As Americans, Yellow Brick Road, Like Toy Soldiers(come back to me if you do). While I can point at least a line on every track on mmlp2 that is cringeworthy. And the wack beats on mmlp2 just amplify his corniness.

A classic compared to Encore? MMLP2 is the definition of s---. Encore isn't a classic by any means cause of those 4 songs but if you compare it to the 20 TRASH tracks on MMLP2, it's more than illmatic.
Come back at me with some pros of MMLP2 if you actually have any...

If Spend Some Time was a solo Eminem track, I'd say that it's the best song on Encore. The features really ruined what could have been a classic Eminem song. The song has such an eerie vibe to it, from the intro, to the chorus, to Eminem's verse.

Obie's "my penis was deep down in your hole" line and Stat Quo's "even held your hand in pub-a-lic" line are prime examples of how the features ruined this song.

Like Toy Soldiers has my vote for best Encore song. The sample was terrific, and the production was awesome. It's a d--- shame this album was ruined by the filler tracks in the middle. Encore could have been (but is not) Eminem's fourth classic album.

If there were no features on Spend Some Time, we wouldn't hear the classic fif line, "I said you have very nice lips, with my imagination I can see you sucking my d-ck". And Spend Some Time is a classic just cause of the atmostphere, the beat, the features were good too.

To each his own, I suppose. 50's verse wasn't bad, but can we agree that if Eminem contributed one or two more high quality verses instead of the features, it would improve the overall quality of the song?

Nah I think one Em verse was enough. He said all he needed to say in that one verse. Otherwise it would just be him being redundant. Now if he was to release it now with the features being Drake, Kanye, Kendrick it would be an instant classic.
