Nah, you're word vomiting essays and using emojis as if that's a real argument lol. I can see why Paul gets frustrated -- you misconstrue things and write these rambling, defensive posts.

Good example is the way the both of us are invoking BB. To you, the existence of that show means the showrunners should be pardoned for sloppy storytelling. Again, we both like the show, but to me you're just approaching it as an enthusiastic fan. You can talk about the "sound editing" of bingo balls like that gives you critical cover ("see! I'm noting the show's technical elements!") but in the end, if you can't reconcile the larger problems in a constructive, thoughtful way, then whatever.

No. They haven't "earned" anything, first of all, that's a very childish stance. And secondly, no, I'm simply judging the show as it is, without whatever bs you're peddling about the sound design. Get out of here, stop watching the show high lol

Sorry if these have been brought up in the past 31 pages, but did anybody recognize two familiar faces? More specifically 'Billboard Guy' that Saul 'saves' and the guy that bumped into Saul when he was on the phone in the toilets?

'Billboard Guy' played a hired gun in Breaking Bad that later got killed by Mike
'Toilet Pusher' was one of the junkyard workers that helped Walt build the magnet truck.

I loved when Saul mentioned Belize, a great little reference that would pass over alot of people's heads.

I think after the first episode people were worried BCS was going to rely too much on BB...but there's no doubt this show has it's own identity and the amazing acting has a TON to do with it.

Btw- Is the bingo scene the first time we'd learned Saul has an ex wife ??

great episode. loved the trip to Belize and Kevin Costner bb references.

also he wears Marco's ring in bb.. transition to Saul is complete.

^what a beautiful death in the end tho

finale was great, and the season is fantastic. some of the best writing and acting on tv, and definitely the best directing. s2 is gonna move at like twice the pace, guaranteed.

won't be able to rank this season against bb for a while tbh

yall n----s got me missin walt and jesse now tho

The Mike episode was definitely the best episode this season. But to say it's better than the first time Walt shaves his head, walks into Tuco's headquarters and demands the money and blows up part of the office with that crazy chemical s--- he made was one of the best episodes of Breaking Bad. The Mike episode didn't come close to that for me at least

It was a good season. Definitely not as great as the first season as Breaking Bad, which I wasn't expecting anyway. I was hoping the finale would be a little more suspenseful and maybe show us a BB character or another flash forward to present day Saul, but I guess it's better they don't rush the story line

man, this show seems like it's gunna be REALLY good. that desert scene where mcgill is bartering with Tuco for those two dudes' lives is like the epitome of saul goodman.
