Apr 23, 2016 I went on a huge tirade and put a ton of emotion in my response to one stupid f---ing comment on the page. Kind of regret caring so much, but I can't back out now.
Apr 23, 2016 People on the Facebook page of Better Call Saul are calling BCS >>>>> BB and even insulting BB too. Blows my mind.
Apr 24, 2016 Gus will most probs appear from season 3 episode 9 or something. He's a hard guy to track and probably setting up fast food restaurants around the country.
Aug 30, 2016 I don't see how anyone could every say Better Call Saul is better than Breaking Bad, when it wouldn't even exist if it didn't stem from the greatest show of all time. I love BCS, I think it's one of the best shows on television right now. A lot of people talk about the pacing. BB was slow too, and that's with someone like Walt as their main character, going through a life altering situation that ended up being an incredibly brutal journey. On BCS, we're watching Jimmy McGill learn the empty value of honor and loyalty in the world of legal practice, until he inevitably rids himself of them completely when he becomes Saul Goodman. Walter White becoming Heisenberg in comparison to Jimmy becoming Saul... When you think about the comparison between those two transformations, you might can work up a giggle to help you resist the urge to slap people for saying stupid s--- about BB. I mean WWWWD? So ready for Season 3, and I love this being a prequel so we really get a fresh insight into all sorts of characters from wayyyyyyyy before they ever had the misfortune of meeting Walt. Also, I really enjoy how each season premiere (the first two at least, I just assume this will become a reoccuring thing) show the shell of a man Jimmy/Saul/Gene has become after he takes on his new identity to get away from the law and wrath of Heisenberg. I would really love to see him watching TV, and seeing the live News Report stating that Walt has been found dead. I just wanna see Bob Odenkirk nailing what I think would be an emotionally exhausting scene for his character, but one that also reminds the viewer why he was born for this role the same way Bryan Cranston was made to play Walter White.
Aug 31, 2016 Willing to predict the Walt/Jesse cameo. Saul will be representing someone from the high school. He'll have a conversation with the client in the hallway. Then the camera will trail off, and look into Walt's classroom. Walt will be yelling at Jesse and Jesse will storm out and say "[something] b----."
Aug 31, 2016 Walter White is my favorite TV character of all time. But i'd always thought the final scene of this show should be when Walt first walks into Saul's office, and just fade to black.
Jan 14, 2017 I love this dude. He's an amazing actor and incredibly humble. One of the best villains of all time, and I was so excited when speculation began about his return. Better Call Saul flows off of Breaking Bad, and I think Fring's back story is one of the most intriguing things about the show that was never fully explained. I remember when Hank and Gomez interviewed Mike, and Hank commented on Mike's career as a police officer, and referenced his departure, I always wondered - What happened? How did Mike leave, and what did he do that made an impression on Hank? Then we got Episode 6 of BCS, and it showed us. I'm looking forward to that. It isn't confirmed or anything, but I'm sure they know the fans want to know as much as possible about what Gus Fring was doing before he became Gus Fring. Off topic - Is Better Call Saul ever a little off putting to you guys, when you know their fates? For instance, I love Mike's character, but it's always kinda sad when I realize that I know how his story ends, and how tragic it is tbh.
Jan 14, 2017 That's one of the very great things about this show for me; that I hardly think about the fact that they're the same characters from Breaking Bad. Of course I recognize characters etc. at first, and assosciate them with BB, but I think they've done a great job with seperating the two. I don't feel like I'm watching a BB prequel even though I am.
