Also, although he was freaking out about Lalo in BB, that doesn't mean he didn't hear he was dead. He's already heard Lalo was dead once, and he wasn't. so that could be why he says what he does in the episode to Jesse and Walt

About f---ing time. h--- of an episode. Still think Lalo's excursion to Germany was pointless but whatever. July 11th can't get here fast enough.

Edit- the foreshadowing with the candle was dope as f---

finally sat down and watched this week's

I knew there was no way Nacho could make it out of this yet I still held out hope to the last second :emoji_slight_frown:

This show's (and BB's) use of cold opens/flash-forwards + storytelling without dialogue is unmatched.

Really? Howard is more of a douche but it seemed like he always cared more about Jimmy than Chuck did. He was the one who wanted him to come on as a lawyer and Chuck wouldn't let him. After Chuck died he tried to offer him a job again and Jimmy threw a bowling bowl through the dudes windshield lol. He's definitely an arrogant prick tho

Holy s--- this show is great. Never got to see how rich Saul was when he got caught up until now. The Nacho/Lalo story is absolutely the most exciting part. They really f----- Nacho over. Seasons gonna be nuts

Cuz we knew basically nothing about Saul pre-Breaking Bad. There's a bunch of characters who aren't in Breaking Bad at all or are only mentioned in passing and we don't know their fates. And even for the characters whose fates we do know, I wouldn't want it spoiled how they got from point A to point B. I'm interested in how it unfolds.

It's def more of a slow burn than Breaking Bad—not sure how much of Saul you've watched but the later seasons def get more exciting. There's a lot of fan service too.

Dude in his late 50s just did an action film, full workout regime and probably taking supplements

I’d probably have a mild heart attack too and I’m only 25

It can be hot as f--- in the southwest, could be something as simple as heat exhaustion but the fact that they're not saying what happened has me a little worried.

the latest BCS is classic for a lot of reasons, including the montage prominently featuring the original sample for My Name Is

Just finished the finale. I get the criticism but I feel like a lot of people are being hyperbolic. It wasn’t bad at all.

14 years, two fantastic shows and a movie. It’s the end of an era. Im gonna miss it.

    My thoughts:
    • Saul getting caught so quickly was a bit of a letdown. Happening in a dumpster was fitting though. I just wanted more Gene on the run.
    • The whole "self-destruction until I get caught" trope is very lame, especially after paying to get vacuumed.
    • I thoroughly enjoyed everything after Saul got caught. The jail scenes with Marie were incredible, and talking down to 7 years was classic Saul.
    • Saul deliberately getting 80+ years instead of 7 was f---ing stupid and was completely against his character. All of a sudden he's a good person just so Kim hates him 10% less? His final monologue was beautiful though.
    • All of the flashbacks with Mike, Walt, and Chuck were awesome.
    • I still think the "Lalo in Germany" scenes are some of the worst in BB/BCS history. Combined with Lalo's predictable death, it was the worst writing in the series.
    • Overall, it was still a great ending to the best series of all time.
