    yes.

    i live in virginia, but i've been to the howard theatre in D.C. about 6 or 7 times for hip hop shows. and the cool thing is most of these shows are dirt cheap because the artists aren't popular anymore. i've seen several of my fav hip hop artists and all of these shows were no more than 20-50 bucks each.

    i don't understand what you're asking or trying to tell me in that first sentence. gotta rephrase it or ask in a different way.

    that's cool you were there too. it took forever for rakim to come out after big daddy kane performed. i think it was like an hour wait. but he's known for taking a long time or cancelling his concerts. in fact, i tried to see rakim once or twice BEFORE i saw him in sept 2015 but he cancelled due to a "medical emergency"

    I listened to Rakim more, but every time I heard a Big Daddy Kane track they were always dope as h---. I'm sure one day I'm just gonna go ahead and listen to more of his discography. Long Live the Kane and It's a Big Daddy Thing are still the only albums I listened to from him.
