    wtf. how about 7 years ago was a good time to invest in bitcoin.

    youll probably make a bit of cash over a year by investing in bitcoin, but pretty miniscule amount imo. honestly don't see this s--- growing at a constant rate. like what kind of supply and demand is in place for this?
    I don't see much benefits to it over cash/card unless you are buying specific s--- online really.

    Like there is, in my mind, no room for constant expansion with this """currency""" at the moment, bitcoin has a set number of bitcoins and nore more a produced (AFAIK) that on top of demand and media "bitcoin wort tousendz dollerz now" clickbaits on the rise is xausing people to 'buy in' and set up miners... but long-term, what are the plans? I just can't help but feel like one of hundreds of thousands of things can go wrong.

    for example, as it stands bitcoin is by far the top dawg for crypto currencies. Lets say in 2 years time Litecoin and Ethereum grow in poularity too - they will, as people who go searching for millions in bitcoin will find its too expensive comapred to ethereum or litecoin and choose them as an alternative. Thats going to lessen the demand of Bitcoin causing their overall worth to drop.

    I dunno to me it just seems like an awful big f--- around to do something that's already as simple as tapping or swiping my card. why would i buy different currency on a different card just to use that?

    also people used to shill bitcoin all over 4chan and calculate when their prices would rise/fall. it wasn't well known back then so they could potentially manipulate the market just by shitposting.

    I think that may be why I'm so skeptical. RN, for all we know some guy is sitting on 50% or more (unlikely but possible) of all bitcoins in existence with the intention of not selling to drive the price up, then selling them when the coins are at a satisfactory price

    Youre probably gonna say something dumb and you dont care but for some unknown reason i cant stand australians lol idk what it is but aussies annoy the christ out of me. (Still hate China, most of Asia and the middle east 10x more)
