    Tbh I think it slaps.. as in, if it was played at the club. Regardless of the rappers and verses. I agree w you that artists have to do a good beat justice for it to be even better but a beat can slap on his own, to me at least.

    I'm actually not though. Despite E-40's default off-kilter and unconventional stylings with his cadence, he still manages to E-X-E-C-U-T-E quality. The n----- stole the show on "IDFWY" and many 2006 Lil Jon & The Eastside Boys featuring spots for this very reason. Bleed it is kinda all I can stand from Blueface. He has potential. But not enough for me to think his shelf-life will last like that of an E-40. Nothing harder to maintain in the entertainment game than staying /drawing power, relevancy, and longevity. Blueface has a lot to prove in that regard.

    I’m surprised Blueface got this many trash votes. I could see if the first song you heard by him was thotiana. Just because other than the chourus, his rapping sounds so off beat and boarderline garbage. Still a good chorus imo.

    But idk how people don’t like bleed it. The track whips and he comes off more aggressive and raps a lot better on it. I’d vote dope, if he had more songs like that. But until then, he’s just okay to me. Definitely see some star potential in him, if he can keep out of trouble and just focus on music.

    You’re still missing the point. No one I saying he’s as good as E-40 or will have the longevity that E-40 has. The main complaint against Blueface is his flow & big country pointed out that various other rap artists (E-40, three 6 mafia,Danny Brown, Young Thug etc.) have rapped using non traditional flows & people have grown to appreciate it.
