Mar 8, 2018 I also love all 3 intros to the 3 green lantern mixtapes. Those 3 freestyles are historic in my opinion. Love them so much.
Mar 8, 2018 I agree still wish green lantern and 50 beef never happened. Might have changed things, but who knows that em is dead unfortunately.
Mar 8, 2018 I had a puffy vest like that 18 years ago in Hs it was reversable too lol. I'll look for a picture it would be worth a good laugh.
Mar 15, 2018 Eminent peak was 2000-2004 I enjoy what he did 05-08 too It's not as simple as him "going back" though think about where rap is right now what the production sounds like. revival isn't good but at least sounds like it fits this time period, that boo ya tribe song nobody raps on beats like that anymore everything has a trap sound to it now
Mar 15, 2018 The beat is fine, the usual hi hats. It's not a commercial radio friendly beat I guess but that's neither here nor there. He doesn't have to sound like everything else out but I just want him to ride the beat with some d--- confidence and stop with all the switching deliveries every 2 seconds.
Mar 15, 2018 That's a little harsh lol, but Warrior 2 was great too. That whole hunger for more album was fire . Just like cheers.
Mar 15, 2018 Man I remember buying “Cheers” the day it dropped and it had a little Dj Green Lantern promo slip inside and it said “album coming soon”. Would’ve been so fire.
Mar 15, 2018 Exactly and dont forget statlanta, that would have been great too. Every artist on shady aftermath even gunit had amazing first albums. Probably because they rounded up great production and had help. Now every artist is struggling to make it on their own.
Mar 15, 2018 It wouldnt have changed the fact that Eminem would've went to rehab and then release Recovery...rehab or tragic death from an overdose was inevitable...after rehab Eminem changed forever
