Nov 8, 2016 Nothing wrong with enjoying an album more than To p---- A Butterfly but if we're talking about what album is better then it's Tpab and its not even close to being close. Both dsp & barter 6 sound elementary compared to TPAB.
Nov 8, 2016 That might actually be Barter 6. On what basis, while it has impressive production and creative instrumentals, the rapping was a bit neglected for most of the album. And the album itself doesn't flow as good with all the interlude's. I can appreciate it alot as a work of art, but as a rap album, it kinda falls short.
Nov 8, 2016 lol..it actually has to be enjoyed as a work of art, some of the rap songs aren't even rap, they're jazz influenced songs. Way too many people think jazz = instrumentals, it's false.
Nov 8, 2016 Dark sky is trash and shouldn't be mentioned itt As for b6 vs tpab, they're both masterpieces that reward multiple listens. like any record with great music you find yourself gravitating to multiple parts of them, finding new things, etc. Really reminds me of my favorite albums in that sense. And rap wise they're both on point as usual. Just different music for different people, but they both excel in their own way.
