Dec 10, 2016 So I've been grinding to get original content up at my vaporwave blog VapoUrban and so far it's working but I need to be writing reviews 7 days a week which can get tiring. I'm going to attempt doing a contest where I give away 2 cassette tapes a month but I fear that might not work. So the question is this? How do I build a community, I don't know of any other way since I've tried everything that I know. It seems like the only way I can do this is through incentive. So, any advice?
Dec 11, 2016 You basically create a unique idea and mostly like that'll attract a community.. Community on here? Eminem Community on KTT? Kanye Community on YouTube Gaming? COD Gameplay You just focus on ideas or concepts not many blogs are doing, then you'll gain a following.
Dec 11, 2016 the first step to doing anything successful in life is: dont make a vaporwave forum in 2016
Dec 13, 2016 I made the vaporwave blog because I needed something to practice on while I made my real desire, a hip-hop blog (and yes; I know there are many of them). Plus no one's really reviewing vaporwave on a consistent basis in 2016 (and the genre's still going strong with so many subgenres) so I'm kind of like the only game in town right now. I just want to know how to build any community so I can not feel like I'm putting these sites together for myself/nothing. Will take @Mike Tyson's advice though.
