May 15, 2017 He didnt pistol whip him, he shot him in the head and got what was coming to him. He did it in a room full of people and there's no testimony saying otherwise. f--- outta here with that s---.
May 15, 2017 I know someone from Detroit that has inside info 3 nights before he got killed. He said Proof and Royce we're whipping there pistols out on each other f---ing around so it doesn't surprise me that Proof did that he was known for that s--- lol
May 15, 2017 He's the best at beef tracks... He needs to say f--- it and let loose on everybody relevant or close to being relevant. He gonna be knocking 50s door down soon. Might as well go out swinging
May 15, 2017 Yup. He lost at pool and just thought 'f--- it,i'ma s---t guy in the face'. And that was that. Because testimony. End of story.
May 15, 2017 Best Line : His a--- is such a puppet/Irv could shove his whole hand up it/And make him say what he wants him to say!" In the midst of Eminem's two biggest battles, Benzino and Ja Rule, he wrote Bully against both of them. Claiming that Benzino's jealous of him, and that Ja Rule is just a fake and a puppet for Murder Inc. Not as good as his other disses to Benzino and Ja but still deserves to be in the list.
May 15, 2017 I will be the first person to admit I love the gangster eminem phase the best, by far. I know many here in the forum clown on him for this phase. From the 50 signing up to his hiatus, I personally love those songs and verses the best. I am not blind to the MMLP and TES dominance, but his diss songs and overall "f--- you I'm the best ever, period, I'll k--- you if you say or think otherwise" attitude was my favorite. In retrospect is was corny but at that time, s--- was insane. These dudes were wearing bullet proof vests in public because there was so much tension and threats of violence. If you didn't live through this phase as a fan, it's hard to comprehend how crazy it was that the worlds biggest hip hop publication went to war with aftermath/shady records while they were simultaneously beefing with Murder Inc and Ja Rule and on a lesser level Jermaine Dupri and Canibus. That whole period was such a great time to be a hip hop fan!
May 15, 2017 I was only 5 years old when Em dropped TES and 50 dropped Wanksta at that time but I remember seeing those singles on TV ,great times , Em with a durag was awesome asf
May 15, 2017 Lol at everyone thinking the current Em is "The Real Slim Shady" lol he's been gone for years. Literally. Rest in peace Marshall.
May 15, 2017 Holy s--- I'm old as f---! Hahaha crazy that even people like you and me with such a huge age difference both listen to eminem. Just goes to show his appeal. I'm always baffled when people say no one's listening to eminem in 2017 or that he should retire haha Are you from America? Im happy that even today Em can still release dope songs. There were a few on MMLP2 spread across the main cd and bonus disc that I really loved. On these songs, his energy is very similar to his earlier work albeit with a different voice and technical style. But that energy was there. I feel he just needs to stop working with these outside producers. He's not recording for Recovery any more. Stop working with outside producers and stick with self produced, aftermath produced, or basss brothers produced. Any other beat CD he receives should immediately be put aside out of sight out of mind. Edit: He's definitely not releasing quality albums like he used to and the most recent releases are definitely concerning (campaign speech and no favors), but I am really hoping his new album is not smothered with this new style. It's just not worthy of multiple listens. Here's hoping!
May 15, 2017 Wow...mind blown...So the first kinda rap u heard was Young Thug and Lil Uzi huh...d--- I feel sorry for this generationYou dont know what it felt like listening to TES as an adolescent the day it was released... havin it played during high school football games and pep rallys...I cherish those days for sure...21 Questions at prom...d---
May 15, 2017 I know it's never going to happen but I really wish he would go after specific people again. I'm sick of him shadow boxing anonymous rappers. Speak your mind and drop some f---ing names.
May 15, 2017 d--- only 5 guess that means you're 20 years old, was born 97/98 makes me wonder what rappers besides eminem do you like, and you being that age I can't knock you for liking future.
May 15, 2017 2003 Em is arguably him at his best. Yeah we never got a full album from that era unfortunately but he was starting to put out moodier and angrier tracks than what we heard on TES and 8 Mile. An album full of songs like Love You More, We As Americans, and Bully? Would've been his best. Easily. Unfortunately he got on drugs and some of his songs leaked and f----- everything up.
