In the original leaked version there is something like high pitched singing somewhere in the beat (very hard to make out) The musicmafia version sounds very close to my remake I made back then (actually it is alot simpler, I made it too complex)

Jun 24, 2017 know i'm late but i thought I would add some insight. yes, there are two known versions that we have of Can U Be. We've literally only heard Kanye on it, so I think adding in random features has no real backing behind it, except for that one KTT user saying Travis is on it. The newer version (that MM has) is thought to be made post-TLOP, presumably during the Saint Pablo sessions or his recent montana sessions. If it's gonna be on an album, it'd have to be on "turbo", but if not, it looks as if Can U Be will be another forgotten track. The one major upside in all of this is that we've confirmed that Can U Be was revisted in 2016/17. It was widely concepted that the song was simply a throwaway, but these new lyrics give us hope... and hopefully someone else who has the song will come out.
