    I mean, if they wanted another fight of this I can understand that. but don't be so blatantly obvious by scoring it 118-110 Canelo lol.

    Atlas a real one. He's dedicated his life to this sport and hes watching it fall apart from corruption. I'd go ape s--- as well.

    Great fight. Props to Canelo for making so many adjustments in camp to prepare for GGG. I don't think it was enough, but it's hard to be mad at a draw.

    Teddy is a dork.

    Hard to be mad at a draw? You should be incredibly grateful lmao. Everyone I talked to who watched the fight had GGG, the closest as a 2 round advantage.

    We should all be grateful for a good fight. Idk if you missed it, but I too thought GGG won lol. Just don't want to let the controversy overshadow the performances. Waste of energy.

    It was pretty clear to me GGG won at least 7 rounds. Rather have a controversial decision (Ward/Kovalev 1) than a draw.

    I loved the fight and can't wait for the rematch, but a draw leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Canelo out boxed him early but laid on the ropes far too long and let GGG go to work, d--- near winning 6-7 straight rounds.

    Just feels cheap, esp with that 118-110 scorecard for Canelo.

    Idk, I'm just over boxing being about scorecards instead of fights.

    Round 1: CANELO. Canelo testing the waters. Making Golovkin miss who’s too tentative.

    Round 2: CANELO. Same as round 1. Golovkin struggling with Canelo’s boxing skills.

    Round 3: CANELO. Golovkin came out strong and busy but Canelo landed the cleaner shots.

    Round 4: CANELO. Golovkin had him on the ropes but didn’t take advantage, he managed to land some good jabs but not enough to win the the round. Canelo landed good body shots and combinations.

    Round 5: EVEN: Golovkin hit nothing but gloves first time he got Canelo on the ropes. Canelo controlling the fight. Second time Golovkin got Canelo on the ropes he hit him with a cracking right hand; crowd goes mental. Canelo fires right back and they both trade.

    Round 6: CANELO. Canelo hit him with some good uppercuts and made Golovkin miss once again on the ropes. Golovkin aggressive but not doing enough to win the round.

    Round 7: GGG. Golovkin dominates the majority of the round but still eats a few clean shots off Canelo.

    Round 8: GGG. Same as round 7. Canelo now tiring.

    Round 9: GGG. Canelo landing massive shots but Golovkin still done enough to win the round. Canelo now mega tired.

    Round 10: GGG.. Both fighters going for broke. Canelo seems to have a second wind. Golovkin too strong coming forward, forcing Canelo in the corner.

    Round 11: CANELO. Scrappy but Canelo wins it. Golovkin seems to be tiring now.

    Round 12: CANELO. Canelo finishing off in style, lovely combinations. Golovkin hunting but can’t finish Canelo off.

    CANELO = 7 ROUNDS

    GGG= 4 ROUNDS

    EVEN = 1 ROUND

    Love GGG to death (my avatar) but I felt like Canelo just outboxed him in this fight. Only just though. If Canelo didn’t land those monster punches and combinations then definitely GGG won the fight. But GGG was too tentative in those early rounds which cost him the fight. Also he didn’t manage to land any combinations or a punch that wobbled Canelo the whole fight. Canelo the first fighter in a long time GGG has faced that he didn’t hurt, drop or stop. So you have to give Canelo mad props for that.

    This was my original Twitter round by round analysis but after watching it again 6 rounds each isn’t too bad either. The fight was really close and a classic. Ain’t mad at the draw.

    Glad there's other people out there who have similar thoughts. Try telling people that Canelo got the better of GGG and they bite your head off and say s--- like; casual, don't know s--- about boxing, smoking crack...robbery, you're blind.....GGG won wide decision.....
    Just saw a video of Stephen A Smith and Teddy Atlas ranting and behaving like GGG dropped Canelo a few times and still lost the fight. GGG's face at the conference clearly proves this was the hardest fight of his life. Is GGG slipping or just facing better opponents like Jacobs and Canelo?
    Where does GGG go from this? Get the strap off BJS and be the undisputed champ.
    Where does Canelo go from this? Spank Eubank Jr?
