    He was falling back on old jokes but I still liked it. Was good fan service considering it was his first return in over a decade. :wow2:

    Anyone who didn't at least find The Walking Dead sketch and The Monologue "moving" (f--- just being funny.), I can't help ya. I mean, SNL hasn't truly been funny, Post-Ferrell Era. So it's kinda hard to have a perfect episode when the cast members are mostly unfunny people. Including Kenan Thompson, who was always the less funny half of Kenan & Kel.

    election night sketch was dope as well

    cold open was dumb. chappelle's monologue was A+. walking dead was very good because it set itself up as rote fan service but kinda subverted that. election night was great. the meta skit was pretty good. the closing time sketch was funny.

    can we talk about how great tip and jarobi were?

    Yes.

    My dad hated them but I personally loved them, a fitting way to cap off A Tribe Called Quest's legacy, that Phife Dawg tribute was GOAT as well.
