Dec 28, 2017 I'm guessing because revival truly is a "trash" album with only a few listenable songs (for the time being at least, it remains to be seen if they have staying power)?
Dec 28, 2017 Yeh I get that he is saying his honest opinion but I feel it is a bit harsh. I just find it strange how usually he would defend em to h--- and back but he's come out with this?
Dec 28, 2017 I really liked what budden said about eminem at first but when I realized he was leaving everyday struggle and renegotiating his contract and looking for new opportunities,it really looks like he threw his boss (the person that gave him opportunities) under the bus so he could profit from the whole situation.... I dunno, something doesnt feel right about any of this.
Dec 28, 2017 Me too. It was only a matter of time. I was just waiting to see how harsh it was. I don't know much about the CTG guy, only he seems to try to piss people off on his radio show, but he didn't seem to like Em at all.
Dec 28, 2017 It really annoys me every time i hear Budden say ‘I’m signed to Eminem’ Like, what the f--- is Em actually doing still having these people on his label? They are literally doing nothing.
Dec 28, 2017 Man you missed out on some dope full albums this year. An artist doesn't have to be better than your favorite rapper for you to check him or her out. My favorite rapper is Jay Electronica. I'd be f----- up if I waited on him to release an album before I gave someone else a chance.
Dec 28, 2017 Hellooo, I'm not waiting for Em to release smh at all. It's not like I only listen to Eminem. I'm not into new school to much iit's just that. And let's face it I don't have time to listen every rapper's mixtapes and s---. Btw, instead of sayin that I missed the dope albums this years, tell me which ones are those dope albums are, I might as well check 'em out.
Dec 28, 2017 I don't if you guys know this, but a lot of artists who respect their peers or have worked with them do give their honest opinion on their music, especially in the creative process of it. I guarantee you guys within TDE let each other know if something is trash. Not saying em album is bad, or Joe is in the right for using his platform to give his opinion, but a lot of you s--- on em for having too many Yes men around him.
Dec 28, 2017 You said you' couldn't find an artist to like more than Em, I'm just saying you don't have to like an artist more than your favorite to give him a chance. I post new music here all the time, if you want me to go through every single thread I started in music sxn I can. I can't recommend you other albums if you only view the Eminem sxn.

Dec 28, 2017 I don't know how many times I gotta tell people to check out KRIT and Cyhi The Prynce. And that's just for starters. I can give you plenty more full albums to check out. @CSA
Dec 28, 2017 Jaden Smith put out a good album. Oddisee put out a good album. Rick Ross put out a good album. Big Boi put out a good album. Freddie Gibbs put put a good album. Rapsody put out a good album. I'm not mentioning the obvious like Future. I'm talking about projects that people slept on or didn't give a chance, and are actually enjoyable from start to finish.
Dec 28, 2017 I listened 4eva Is A Mighty Long Time already. It was great. REally liked it. Rick Ross' album was very wack to me. I only listen to that guy for some dope beats anyway... Was he talkin' about something matters at all ? Cuz I doubt I really listened to the words to that s---, it was probably used as a background music while I had so much to do with my project... Big Boi's album was really great in fact I even remember rating it in between 8-9/10 Never been a fan of Future can't really stand the sound of it. Idk if it's just me but whenever I listen to his whole album it feels like he remakes the same songs 100 times lol. I don't know. What's so good about Future ? Literally asking this... But see, since Em is a rapper I almost feel like I know like personally and s---, it's always better to hear from him than some other rappers like Big KRIT or Big Boi (their albums great) but I'M not just interested a lot in their lives or whatever. I think that's why being huge fan to some artist matters. When Em talks about stuff like he did on Castle & Arose, it means a lot and actually makes me emotional as f--- but I don't know how I would feel hearing the same kinda s--- from some other rapper... Well, maybe I'd have became a huge fan of his too lol. Who knows. So it doesn't mean I don't like any other rap music or I don't listen to others. It just nobody's music would touch me like Em's most of the time. I don't think it's so hard to understand
Dec 28, 2017 To be honest I didn't become a big Future fan until this year. I really really liked HNDRXX, from start to finish. That album just resonates really well with me and you can tell he got some great production for it.
Dec 28, 2017 Well, ok this is a great post. Because the only project I fully listened by Future was DS2 I guess and all the songs after I hear from him kinda sounded very similar to me. Gonna check HNDRXX sometime. Let's see if it will have the same effect on me...
Dec 28, 2017 lol joe has been in the studio with em and has heard way better s--- then revival come on man i agree with him and i still respect em revival was trash
