Nov 29, 2018 No. The 9 tre bloods are caught on wire tap saying 69 was never a blood to begin with so once they can’t accuse him of being a g--- member the majority of the case will be dropped against him. If they have him caught by the CI giving his money to other blood members to flip money then he’s looking at some time. But he was clearly no shooter or a extreme g--- b-----r. He may do anywhere for 2-10 years imo.

And I thought with RICO it doesn’t matter if it was you actually committing the crimes as long as you’re associated and they do have him being involved with them. I just thought it’s weird they’d bother throwing the FBI and RICO at them it’s not like these guys are some big gun/drug runners
Nov 29, 2018 Yeah I mean because it’s a Rico case, he may get caught up with conspiracy at least, a charge you’re not going to beat. We’ll have to wait and see if the CI has any recordings of 69 calling shots then he’s f-----. So far it’s looking good with the 9 tre bloods admitting he never was one. But yeah this case isn’t severe enough to throw 69 under the RICO ACT. There are people who commit murder that get 12-20 years only. The fbi and nypd wanted this Rico case to set an example. They targeted 69 just because he has a huge young fan base too and don’t want rappers like him influencing them. That s--- didn’t work with locking GS9 up and isn’t going to help locking 6ix9ine up. Now the actual 9 tre blood g--- is huge. And they are some major drug runners. I could understand the Rico Act for whoever is the king of the group and doing a certain 20-30 bust of the main bloods running s---. They have their own shooters and s---. I don’t see why they weren’t targeted in this. Maybe there are more arrest to come. I want to think the feds want 69 to feed them info on the group, but he’s still not cooperating. Just because 69 is on videos where blood members committed some crimes is probably enough to throw him a conspiracy charge. Since they planned on killing 69, I believe that justifys him snitching out the crew if it means not being charged with conspiracy or anything serious.
