Nov 24, 2016 I mean it def is imo... it's a pop rap album full of radio hits featuring the most popular rappers and pop stars in the world Stunning album def a master piece but it's not experimental by design Kanye has said that album was like a "sorry, here's everything I know you guys like in an album" album by definition it's not experimental
