    i like dark fantasy and def think it's a good album, but don't see it as a groundbreaking album like many ppl do

    i think it's groundbreaking in the scope and arrangement of its songs. no one is arguing that the rapping or melodies or topics are totally out of the box--though it is certainly one of the finest albums about being a rap star, it isn't the first.

    2001's back half is loaded with filler. It's an incredibly entertaining album, but it isn't as consistent as MBDTF

    I actually find The Message pretty boring, anyone agree? I find i skip it nearly every time.
    his delivery just sounds monotonous and I dunno, i kinda feel it would have been more personal, even if shittier lyrics, had he wrote them himself. Like, I don't really think people get Ghostwriters for Eulogies, do they?

    I find myself revisiting MBDTF more than 2001 even though that's my favourite Dre project.
