Mar 12, 2015 Weird that it's illegal in USA (or at least in one state of USA). In Europe (well at least in many European countries) it's perfectly legal for the police to patrol in unmarked vehicles and pull people over. They do this all the time too. This was a really uncomfortable situation for that deputy tho.

Mar 13, 2015 Yep i can confirm this, i spent a night in lock up a few months back for not leaving from outside the front of a bar and then not showing them my i.d also copped a $667 fine for my efforts. I also received a blood nose from when they slammed my head on the floor and a lump on the back of my head from one of their knees. They're a pack of gutless c----.
