Did you already listen to the whole thing? Yeah I'm kinda disappointed they abandoned the questions but I understand why. I'm a little confused as to why they supposedly didn't think this would be a big deal though lol, it's not like Punk is an unknown wrestler and this wasn't a big story even before the podcast. But oh well.

So they don't get into anything new really? Still seems kind of interesting so far, although started slow.

Yeah I just finished it. It was underwhelming but still interesting because I like listening to banter.

I actually think this is real good still, and a lot more WWE talk than I expected after the intros, almost all WWE talk so far.

Lol @ WWE being obsessed with pushing Reigns even a year ago, my guess is they were determined to push him more than Rollins/Ambrose just cuz he had 'the look.' Hate how WWE always loves the big guys, they're rarely the most talented ones it seems. More good stories from Punk. WWE couldn't give Punk off a date he asked for 8 months in advance for his friend's wedding. It was a PPV but still.

He also says he didn't think Vince's apology was sincere, thought it was a publicity stunt for Austin's podcast.

He said he was booked for a wizard world appearance and found out WWE cancelled him and replaced him with Daniel Bryan, WWE didn't call him to tell him, he found out through twitter. WWE said they needed him for the Mexico tour, he said he was going to get 20k for 4 hours at wizard world so his check for the Mexico tour which was 4 dates of him main eventing needed to be at least 20k. WWE agreed to it, his pay for that ended up being only 5k. d---....WWE did him wrong so many times.

Omg, I died of laughter when he was talking about how they wanted him to go over The Shield 3 on 1 but he had to make Roman look strong and they kept repeating it. Best part of the whole podcast.

Thought part 2 was cool actually. Not underwhelming at all. If he'd went on and told more stories along the lines of how s--- Ryback is and the like then people would have just said he was bitter.
More relaxed and some good stories. Still addressed some of the more asked questions like the CM Punk chants and would he come back for Wresltemania main event etc.

CM Punk: I've ignored all calls from WWE personnel
CM Punk: If Vince's apology was sincere he would have personally called me instead of doing it publicly.

I don't remember what the context was of the first quote but I'm guessing he means recently, and when he was referring to Vince's apology, he was saying it could have happened in June or July.

Sounds like Punk would have returned if WWE contacted him after his suspension was up, probably could have been back by May or June. WWE f----- up big time with all of this.

I posted this in the WWE thread, but I thought the SCSA podcast interview with Vince, really showed that he's really full of s--- when it comes to how he runs the business now and how he treats his talent. The fact he said that Cena is the last guy that reached for the brass ring is pure delusional. CM Punk n 2011 was the hottest thing in the WWE and if they would backed him 100% with the babyface push then he would of and could of been big like Cena.

Vince's apology was not sincere at all, coincidence my a--- lol

I also think he may well get his a--- whooped but must say I'm excited to see how he does! Said he'll probably be fighting at 185lbs, possibly even 170.

After listening to his interviews with the Ariel Helwani and the press conference UFC had for him, I do hope he does well. However, I just can't see him getting too far.

Punk's UFC debut will be the 1st UFC PPV I watch live, might even order it but will most likely go to a bar or something to watch. That seems like it'd be a more fun environment to watch it in anyways, pretty excited even though it's still a long time away. I really hope he wins his debut but won't be too surprised or upset either way.

Anyone have a guess as to what month it will be? I have no idea how long it usually takes for this stuff to happen lol. Is summer a realistic guess?

Just a rumor at this point, but Colby Covington is saying that he'll be the one to welcome Punk to the UFC. RIP Punk

^Unless UFC is stupid, they should give Punk someone with a losing record or someone who's around .500 so he has a good chance to win his first fight. Have him get a couple wins and then hype a big fight vs. a big name, that'd be the smart business move imo.
