    That's probably my biggest/only concern. The workout today was:

    20 pull ups
    30 wall-throw squats
    40 push ups
    5 sets with exactly 3 minutes rest in between

    Doing 30-40 reps of anything is tough s---!

    You can try one I did when I was travelling in the states. Didn't have a great workout room in the hotel but I did a crossfit workout instead... this was back in 2008 or 2009 so I haven't tried it since but it's not overbearingly tough but it'll give you a good work.

    5 wide grip pull ups
    10 shoulder width (aka proper) push ups.
    15 standing squats

    As many rounds of that in 20 mins.

    It's not the pull ups that are tough...it's the d--- standing squats.

    I doubt anybody is doing 20 pull ups at cross fit...anyway cross fit is for fat people or gyms in general..hit a real boxing gym or muay thai class if you bout it bout it
