    Weston Road Flows bro, drake was speaking to my soul. i too had a friend with an older brother that let us hit the blunt. i coughed like heck, wish drake dug a little deeper into that. weed is dope haha


    its not that drake's narrative is awful -- it's that he's a bad writer. i mean if

    "He was wavy doin' mixtapes out of your basement
    He let us hit the weed on occasion for entertainment"

    is dope to you then so be it :'(

    but its writing, delivery, execution, melodies, song structure are ALL interesting

    im not saying things have to be topical. 5 AM in toronto is a rambling shot at everyone against him, still one of my favorite drake tracks because the writing wasnt awful (for the most part)

    when drake does his pseudo-deep reminiscing s--- its bad, by any measure. maybe he pulled it off better in the past or something because at this point im over it lol
