Dec 11, 2014 It looks like its a common criticize...He raps about flossin, females and money over a spacey sounding 40 beat for 70 %of his songs. Formula works though but this was always gonna be drakes problem. He has been running the same flows into the ground and his subject matter is extremely predictable (bytches, money, his success) he doesn't seem to be making leaps and bounds per say of improvement. if you look at kanye each of his albums sounds completely different. Can't say the same shyt about Drake... you can take most of his songs and throw in on any of his album and it wouldn't sound out of place at all. In terms of his subject matter, beats, everything i mean its all getting redundant sort of. he is too caught up on the ordinary and mundane. He is never talking about pain, or the struggle, or the climb, or working hard, or society or the government corruption, or anything with depth. He also is never innovative or impactful enough. His latest music especially just consists of pure simping and trying to be tough.
