    Not to be a c---- but I've pretty much considered dmx nearly dead for about ten years. The guys f----- and will never be fixed. Tbh i think we'll read about him dying in the next five years.

    I don't blame him entirely for his self destruction tho i think there is some truth to police targetting him and the system in general as well

    He said he did solitary confinement and broke out of prison in the snow on a talk show. He somehow didn't get the usual seven years added to his sentence tho and ended up getting out sooner which I'm pretty sure he credited his real beginning of faith/god/religion beginning. I don't have time to read the whole thing I'm heading to work but it didn't look like it was mentioned early on and I'm assuming that would have happened early life

    Unless its bs who knows. In the sam interview he referenced his rap sheet being read out in court and said it looked like a roman scroll which was pretty funny

    Tbh tekashi 69 is harder. He's also smarter in that he doesn't get caught. DMX is a wannabe.

    Still play dmx on a regular basis. Hopefully his new album he’s been working on is dope. The dogs gotta bite one last time.

    just listening to him talk when sober is a dead give away he's a shard lover. honestly think he's too far gone. he can say he's sober, but i think the crack's done a bit of perma brain damage to him

    oh yeh hes all over the shabs - hes blatantly on it in heaps of vids anyway - like that famous vid of him in an alleyway eating fried chicken talking about illuminati hes off his rocker

    DMX got that faith. Prison time will do him well and he'll bounce back. The guy's old - if he doesn't turn it around now, then he never will, but to that effect, he's made it this far doing that heapshitload of s--- -- and that's just what he's been caught on..i think he's got some kick in his tires still. Hope he can turn it around.

    Yeah I get you, but shouldn't the last 19 prison visits have done him well though? It just seems to be a constant routine.

    he's no doubt a habitual offender..duno if he's a habitual prisoner though. read the bible in op -- he really hasn't done a super long stint yet. you're probably right, but who knows tbh.

    yeh i feel like he mainly does little stints - maybe a decent one will fix him a bit i've just lost all hope tho he hasn't shown much potential for a long time imo - i think hes just a broken man with nothing to keep him focused anyway his whole life has been music and he's done f--- all of that for a long time

    Saw him 2 years back in person, he had a show with the Ruff Ryder's + Lox here in the Westchester County Center (5 minute drive/10 minute walk from my block). He looked very energetic and lively but I remember much later around midnight he tried breaking into the CVS next to the County Center lmao
