Aug 2, 2021 Dread/fear/paranoia manifested by your lucid dream states. It's theorised a natural fear of the unknown causes most people to project a shadowy figure with no discernible features
Aug 2, 2021 Aight. Yeah I think someone made a thread about it a while back. I meant more like, are there circumstances where people are more vunerable/receptive for it (I dunno like stress or smt) or can it happen to anyone at any time?
Aug 2, 2021 Hmm not sure actually. Though if you pulled out a ouija board and felt anxious/stressed about the demon you brought into the world then I wouldn't be surprised if that stress jump started the sleep paralysis if that makes sense?
Aug 2, 2021 I do know it's your body physically paralysing yourself so you don't karate kick yourself in the teeth mid dream when your doing matrix kung fu s---. The sleep paralysis sometimes ticks over to q hen your awake and the dmt that makes you dream seeps out. So your brain is alert going "why can't I move and also OMFGWTFISTHAT!?"
Aug 2, 2021 I‘m very interested in stuff like that but there was not one evidence in my life to say „yes I believe“. so it’s difficult for me to believe in ghost. But I’m not saying they are not real. ghost are more real for me than a god ever can be
Aug 2, 2021 I can't speak for Bleeds situation of course. But it does make sense that if you are into that kinda stuff it makes you more receptive. The same way you can get nightmares if you watched horror movies or went through a traumatic situation. Dunno if it actually works like that but it does make sense yeah
Aug 2, 2021 Yeahh there isn't too much dream-related studies. Or maybe there is it's just hard to sort through that psudeo science stuff with the real deal.
Aug 2, 2021 not one shred of solid evidence or scientific proof in the whole of humanity. Believing in ghosts is such a naive cliche beleif
Aug 3, 2021 I don't believe in spirituality or a higher power as per say, but I enjoy learning about it. I would love to experience some of the spiritual rituals of indigenous cultures. Had some wild experiences on mescaline and other psychedelics. Hit me up if you want to learn how cook San Pedro cactus into mesculline tea, I am the Guru. Spirituality/religion is such a big part of human history, I reckon its ingrained in our pyche, though not necessarily real. There could be some evolutionary explanations why we are so drawn to it. For example, spiritual rituals leading to stronger bonds in early humans and improving chance of survival through improved cooperation. Pretty much I don't believe in any spiritual powers but believe spirituality can be very beneficial.
Aug 3, 2021 My job title is Remote Sensing Specialist. I have had so many people think I am a Pychic when I tell them that.
